Holidays especially for Families: no charge for children under the age of 8!
The Val di Sole has put together special family holidays with offers and activities designed to make the stay a unique experience for one and all.

WINTER
Children under the age of 8 stay for free in the area’s accommodation establishments.
They also get a free ski pass, including the one for New Year’s Eve! The numerous activities for adults and children won’t fail to stir up an adventurous spirit in children, encourage adults to enjoy themselves and satisfy the need for relaxation of those who come to the mountains to dedicate some time and space to themselves.

For children
Skiing lessons are available for children, but those who don’t feel the calling of the pistes can choose other ways to spend their days in the snow during the winter. Bimbolandia and Scivolandia introduce children to the wonderful world of snow with fun and games. For those who prefer to stay inside in the warm, a team of expert entertainers always have something interesting up their sleeves, from Christmas workshops to the educational farm.

For adults
In the winter, adults can take a break from the slopes to go snowshoeing and Nordic walking (also open to children from the age of 8 upwards), or experience the thrill of the great north with rides on sleds pulled by the dogs celebrated in the novels of Jack London. For romantics, there are horse-drawn sleigh rides and late night walks with lanterns.

SUMMER
The summer involves an assortment of offerings in the heart of nature. On a sunny day, as you look up at the peaks of the Brenta, Adamello-Presanella, Ortles-Cevedale and Maddalene mountain chains, it is almost impossible to resist the temptation to take a walk in the Adamello Brenta or Stelvio Park. You will be enticed by the charm of the slopes covered in green woods and the roaring streams of crystal clear water. Those who want an extra special experience can be accompanied by a guide, who will reveal some of the secrets of a world that is so far-removed yet so near to everyday life.

For children, the Park offers educational workshops about animals (educational farms, fauna area, games with the bear and animals of the park) and ideas for fun like the “Indian village”. There are also adventure courses, with Burma bridges, ropes challenge courses, inflatables and an Indian camp.

There are also other activities designed especially for children, such as the flying park, rafting, canyoning, mini canoes, climbing, orienteering, tennis courses, horse or pony riding lessons, a mini car track, grass tubing, mini golf, inline skating, skateboarding, table tennis, archery, catapult shooting, trampolines and mountain bike courses. Finally, there are creative workshops to demonstrate and develop the children's artistic spirit.
Sports enthusiasts and lovers of the great outdoors can enjoy long rides on the cycle track that covers the entire length of the valley, or take advantage of the train and bike offer.
