Thanks to its natural landscape, this corner of Trentino is an enormous sports arena equipped for a huge variety of activities on the land, in the water and in the air. They are open to all with the help of the numerous associations throughout the area.

From skiing and snowshoeing in the winter to rafting and trekking in the summer, sport in the Val di Sole satisfies the needs of simple enthusiasts and presents expert athletes with challenges. There’s no lack of high-adrenalin sports: from ropes challenge courses (routes on high featuring Burma bridges, aerial runways and breathtaking landscapes) to hydrospeed (swimming with flippers in the waters of the River Noce). There is something for everyone. Fishing enthusiasts won’t miss out either. They can find a spot on the banks of the Noce and take it easy in the relaxing environment.

On the trail of the bear
Among the activities on offer is Dolomiti di Brenta Bike, a double mountain bike tour created by cyclists for cyclists. It meets the needs of both amateurs and true athletes.
Created to highlight the value of an area which is still intact and unique, the tour takes in spectacular views around the Brenta Dolomites, including the ruddy peaks of the massif, the green Alpine pastures and the rural villages around the edges of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. Passing through the valleys and towns brings you closer to people and traditions. The tour winds through sweeping orchards of blossoming apple trees and on to the uplands at a higher altitude, between agricultural zones and woods.

Activities for children
Whether they are with their parents or accompanied by experts, in the Val di Sole children too will find facilities and offerings to meet their needs. In the winter there are ski instructors and lessons for all levels, while down in the valley there are many other outdoor activities. In the summer even little ones can try out rafting accompanied by guides, or alternatively take a canoeing, kayaking or climbing course.
