The thermal springs also play a large part in the prevention of breathing and respiratory illnesses.

The new wellness centre which occupies an entire floor, and which has been constructed using researched and particular materials, provides you with the possibility to live a special sensorial experience: the ‘warm’ area offers some pleasing choices such as the Finnish Sauna, the Biosauna and Roman and Steam baths, whilst the ‘wet’ area provides hydro-massages, a Kneipp trail, cervical cascade, ice-cascade and emotive and Scottish showers. (Alternating water temperatures). Relax in different ambiances such as the cromotherapy room or the tearoom where you can spend some pleasurable time in the company of others.
The wellness centre is directly connected to the solarium, the fitness area, the fully equipped gym, the swimming pool and the area reserved for massages and beauty treatments. (In addition to the many treatments on offer, there is also an innovative mud-therapy, which can help in the reduction of inflammation in the joints and assists in loosening muscle contraction for a lasting feeling of well-being). The mud, which is used, is a mixture of aged clay (six months in the designated mud plants) and mineral water.

All the areas are inter-connected internally, allowing you to choose at random what is best for you. Particular attention has been paid to energy saving and protection of the environment by utilising eco-friendly, and locally available materials, primarily wood and stone.
